It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days... maaaaybe 6. I apologize if I'm ever that late. I will always hook you up with some free gifts if I am! Sometimes issues come up, I have 3 kids. If I have your item on hand I will ship asap. However many items need to be made fresh as we try our hardest not to use harsh preservatives in our products, only ones certified for Organic Cosmetics by Ecocert.
Yes. Especially the Original Baking Soda formula. Not so much the sensitive one. The reason for this is because we do not put any polysorbates or emulsifiers in it to keep the ingredients constantly mixed together. We want our product to be as natural as possible. Be sure to shake your Toothpaste tube vigorously before use so your Toothpaste doesn't become dry towards the end (a little fractionated Coconut Oil & a shake to the tube will do the trick). We have tried 7 different tubes. Because the ingedients needs to be shaken, this design is the best we've tried. We apologize very much for any inconvenience but this is usually the nature of natural products.
